Care Information

  1. If a deeper clean is needed, hand wash your bag in cold water with a mild soap. Gently scrub any soiled areas with a soft brush or cloth.
  2. Make sure to rinse all soap residue from the bag. Soap left in the fabric can attract dirt.
  3. Allow your bag to air dry completely before using it again. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat, as they can damage the fabric and colour.
  4. Store your bag in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid overstuffing to maintain its shape and prevent fabric stress.
  5. Try to keep your bag away from rough or abrasive surfaces to prevent snagging or tearing.
  6. Keep the zippers running smoothly by occasionally rubbing a small amount of zipper lubricant along the teeth.

1. How much does shipping cost?

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We offer standard shipping and it would typically take 5-7 business days. Please note that processing time is not included in the shipping duration. If you need to expedite your order, do contact us at oogglibags@gmail.com. We will try our best to assist you.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

4. How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.

5. What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at oogglibags@gmail. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that reports of damaged items must be made within 3 days of receipt and reports of lost items should be made within 5 days of delivery date.

6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update the shipping information.

7. What happens if I’m not home to receive my package?

If you are not home to receive your package, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up the package from a local facility.

8. Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping for orders above $80.

9. Can I expedite the processing of my order?

Returns and Refunds

1. What is your return policy?

We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that reports of damaged items must be made within 3 days of receipt, and reports of lost items should be made within 5 days of the delivery date.

2. How do I return an item?

To return an item, follow these steps:

3. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

4. How long does it take to process a return?

5. How will I receive my refund? Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Can I exchange an item?
